Hello. I would like to introduce myself and the Adams & Associates Disability team and give you a few reasons how my credentials and experience will serve you as your Social Security disability representative.
I am Randy Adams, an Accredited Disability Representative (ADR), recognized by the Social Security Administration as a qualified EDPNA (eligible for direct pay non-attorney) with over 20 years of experience representing disabled individuals.
I am a specialist in Social Security and Social Security Benefits. This is all that I do. Unlike many firms, I do not do workers compensation claims, divorces, wills, motor vehicle accidents or criminal law. My only focus is Social Security disability benefits and representing Social Security claimants.
I worked for 19 years for Social Security as a vocational expert and I have testified in thousands of Social Security hearings. The Social Security judge would call into the hearing and asked me questions that evaluated if an individual could work or not. “Can you work?” is the main question that Social Security needs to evaluate in order to award a case.
Answering this question is where I have the most experience and the most success.
This sets me apart from other Accredited Disability Representatives. In order to provide expert testimony I have to know the Social Security laws and rulings and understand the medical evidence that results in the functional limitations that kept people from working. I now use this experience to better represent my clients.
I work the Cumming, Clayton, North Georgia area and our local office is located in Clayton. I am local. I am not in some other state or Downtown Atlanta. I own a local firm that specializes in representing local people in their Social Security Disability claims.
I use my total experience to represent you. I understand what Social Security needs to know in order to award your case. I know what evidence needs to be developed and I work to help you get the evidence you need to win your case. I know the Social Security rulings and the law. I will work to make sure that your case is developed, supported, properly evaluated and that you get a fair hearing.
Contact me today if you have any questions. My staff and I will be happy to assist you.
Sincerely,
Randy L Adams, ADR
