Are Disability Claim Denials A Death Sentence?

Part of our mission statement is to be, “A Voice for the Disabled”. The disabled population in America is a minority and it is hard for a minority voice to be heard. To help each other and to help friends and family who need Social Security Disability Benefits, THE GOVERNMENT MUST HEAR OUR VOICE!

In the last year we have had a number of our claimants die while waiting to receive benefits. This is a national problem. Here’s a link to a website entitled “Disability Denials Can Amount to a ‘Death Sentence’, judge says in Mississippi case.”

If you want the government to know how hard it is to be waiting through the long process of getting Social Security, please let me know. As part of my mission I will convey your story (without your name) to our local, state, and federal governments. I want your voice, our voice to be heard!

Respond to this post with a brief description of your story and we will discuss your case with you.

We do not want the government making the process harder (which is what they are considering now), Social Security funding to be reduced (a yearly political issue), or the process to obtain benefits prolonged.

I work for you. I am your advocate!
