Laughter Is the Best Medicine:
A young girl was walking home from school in the rain. Her mother saw her out of the kitchen window and noticed that every time the lightning flashed, she would stop, look up and smile. When she got into the house her mother asked her what she was doing. The little girl said, “When I saw the flash, I knew God was taking my picture, so I smiled.”
Good food for good health:
Baked or grilled chicken is one of the healthiest meets you can eat. But unfortunately, it can be bland and boring. One of my favorite ways to fix a good, healthy chicken dish is to marinate skinless chicken pieces in “Newman’s Own Family Recipe Italian Dressing”. I just put the chicken pieces in a large storage baggie and let them marinate for at least an hour. Overnight in the refrigerator is best! Bake or grill until done. This is delicious – believe me!
