Our Super Bowl – We Won!

There are thousands and thousands of Social Security representatives and law firms that specialize in Social Security law in the United States.  So when we were chosen by the Social Security Disability Leadership organization to be in the “National Top 500” Best Representatives in the Nation, that’s pretty special!  See the video!

The Social Security Disability Leadership organization rates the best Social Security Disability Representatives in the nation based on growth, customer service and satisfaction and contributions to the industry.  It’s kind like the Super Bowl of Social Security Disability Representatives.  I am honored to receive this award.  I don’t like to brag, but I want you to know, that we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and the best representation.  God Bless!

If you know anyone who may need Social Security disability benefits, please give them my number or forward a link to this page to them. Thanks in advance for doing this.

I will listen to them and let them know if they have a good case or not. Remember, I never charge for consultations.  And there is never a fee unless we win.

Take care and God bless!

Randy Adams, ADR

Merry Christmas!

We hope and pray that you have a very Merry Christmas.  I know 2021 has been a real struggle for many of you.   Please watch the video for my personal message to you…

Again, Merry Christmas.  As we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, we stop and remember that no matter how hard life gets at times, God is in control.  He has demonstrated his love and he will take care of us all.

If you are going through the process to get Social Security, I know that this is one of the most trying seasons in your life.  I take that seriously and will help you through it.

We here at Adams and Associates are dedicated to doing the very best we can to take care of your Social Security Disability needs.  We care very much.

Today we have sent out a calendar for the year 2022 to our present clients.  It will help you keep up with your doctor’s appointments.  Be sure to record your good days and bad days on it so you can tell your doctor and he can put it in his notes to help to document your Social Security case.

If you did not receive a calendar and would like for us to send you one, please call us with your updated telephone number and address and we will send you one.  It’s our gift to you.

Merry Christmas, May God bless you and keep you through 2022.

Randy Adams and the staff of Adams Disability, Inc.

PS: If you are already receiving Social Security we hope that the new raise in benefits that you will receive next year will be helpful.

Congratulations! You are getting a raise!

The cost-of-living raise beginning next year is one of the largest ever.  Watch my video for details:

Social Security has announced that there will be a 5.9 % increase in payments to most Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income recipients in 2021.  This is the largest raise in benefits since the 1980s.  The raise will begin in January 2022 and you should notice it in the check that you received in February 2022.  These federal benefit rates increase when the cost of living rises.  This raise is one of the largest ever!

If you are not receiving Social Security and are still in the application process, please be assured that we are doing everything we can to process your claim quickly and efficiently.  Keep going to your doctor as much as you possibly can afford and always tell them the physical or mental problems that would keep you from working – on every visit.

For more information directly from the government regarding this raise in benefits please click on the following link:

As a representative I am cooperating with Social Security to help myclients applying for disability benefits get a decision as quickly as possible.

If you know anyone who needs Social Security disability benefits, please give them my website address (adamsdisability.com) or telephone number (706-212-2080).  The best way I can help, is to let me be the representative from the very beginning of the claim, so that we can develop the case, avoid mistakes and put it in the best position to win.  My goal is to help you get your benefits as soon as possible.

I will be glad to help them.  Remember, I never charge for consultations, and there is never a fee unless we win.

Happy Holidays!

Medicare Advantage Plans — Now Is the Time

As you may know, Medicare does not cover everything you need. Medicare Advantage is a free or low-cost Medicare program that can help bridge this coverage.

There are a number of different companies that administer this program, but since they provide different coverages you have to make sure that you have signed with the right company for you. Also, these benefit programs can change every year offering new services and benefits as well as discontinuing others.

It’s confusing and impossible to figure out alone, but Elizabeth, our office Medicare specialist, is here to help. Just give her a call. Elizabeth will review your needs with you, look at all the plans available and help you decide which one is best for you. Then she can enroll you in the one that provides the best benefits for you.
Don’t get stuck in a plan that is not meeting your needs. Call Elizabeth at 706-212-2080.
